DELIVERIES

Processing time for Dubai orders usually takes 2 to 3 working days with shipping fee of 18 AED.

Orders from Abu Dhabi and the rest of UAE processing time takes 3 to 5 working days with shipping fee of 25 AED.

Free delivery charges for orders above AED 250 all over UAE. This is not applicable to wholesale orders.

NO DELIVERIES on SUNDAY & MONDAY

You will receive order confirmation email once you have placed the order, and a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us.

 

PROMOTIONAL CODES 

Promotional codes are issued from time to time regardless of order value, however it is not applicable to wholesale orders.

Exclusions may apply to some promotion.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Currently we do not ship outside UAE, however we might in the near future once we figure out the best way to ship the orders outside UAE.

 

RETURNS

 We hope that you'll be delighted with your order when they arrive but if anything is amiss you can contact us at hello@wicksandpages.com and we will get in touch with you shortly.

We ensure to pack your orders properly and protected during transit but very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products that are damaged during delivery if proof of damage is sent to us within 3 days of delivery. We sadly cannot replace or refund candles that have been used.
